How far ahead should I reserve?
A week or two is ideal, especially near month-end. For a last-minute move, call and we will confirm current availability.
How many totes should I order?
As a starting point, plan for about 20 totes for a studio or 1-bedroom, 40 for a 2-3 bedroom home, and 60 or more for a larger move.
What is included with my rental?
Your selected number of totes, the listed number of dollies, reusable room labels, delivery, and pickup are included for the 14-day rental period.
What if I need more time?
Contact OmaTotes before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges described in the rental agreement.
How should the totes be prepared for pickup?
Totes must be empty, accessible, and ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
Can I use totes for liquids or hazardous materials?
No hazardous materials are allowed. Liquids must be properly sealed. See the rental agreement for the full proper-use terms.
